1.5 Commissions

• A deposit or full payment is required before work begins.

• Commission timelines and final costs are discussed individually with each client.

• The artist reserves the right to decline commissions that are inappropriate, offensive, or outside their expertise.

1.6 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital files without explicit permission.

• Misrepresent commissioned work as your own.

Refund & Exchange Policy

2.1 Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• If a file is corrupted or does not download, please contact us for assistance.

2.2 Commissions

• Refunds are only available if the artist has not started the work.

• Once work begins, refunds are limited to the unworked portion of the commission.

2.3 Donations

• Donations are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

• Sugar Scribble Studio is not liable for any damages from using our digital products.

• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., payment processors).

License Agreement – Sugar Scribble Studio

1. Grant of License

When you purchase digital art, templates, or commission work from Sugar Scribble Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the purchased digital files for personal projects (e.g., wallpapers, avatars, social media posts).

• Use commissioned artwork for personal or agreed-upon purposes as discussed with the artist.

• Print or display the purchased artwork for personal enjoyment.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the digital files.

• Claim the artwork as your own or remove artist watermarks/signatures.

• Use the artwork in any offensive, unlawful, or defamatory manner.

• Use personal-use items for commercial purposes unless explicitly licensed for such use.

4. Commercial Use (Optional Upgrade)

• If you wish to use artwork commercially (e.g., in merchandise, advertising, branding), you must contact Sugar Scribble Studio to purchase a separate commercial license.

• Pricing and terms for commercial use are discussed individually.

5. Ownership

• Sugar Scribble Studio retains full ownership and copyright to all artwork, even after purchase.

• Your license allows use of the file, not ownership of the original art.

6. Termination of License

• This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of these terms.

• Upon termination, you must remove all copies of the artwork from your systems and platforms.
